USA: Approximately 6 to 15 business days to be delivered. We have arranged a semi express service at no extra charge. Please advise your local cell number as we need it to process the shipping.

European Union: EU laws require that taxes are paid on all goods regardless of value. To expediate clearance by customs you should advise an email address and mobile phone number that you use..

    14 to 24 days.

    Free shipping is by e-Packet airmail which you can track here Thai Post or your local postal service. Most countries will have full tracking to your door.

  3. Can I request express delivery?

    Yes there are many options. We use a shipping agent (Fastship) for express service from Thailand. Most items can be sent express for about 700 Thai Baht or less. Please email us if you would like to choose this option and we will send you a list of options.



  4. I placed my order. When will I receive confirmation?

    We do not send order confirmation emails. If you pay by PayPal, your purchase is processed on the PayPal website, not ours. This gives you the maximum level of security. If you have received confirmation from PayPal of your purchase then we have received your payment.
    If you have paid by another method then we will email you to confirm that we have received the payment. We usually ship within three business days of receiving your order. A confirmation email that your order has been shipped is sent at that time. If you have not received it then please check your spam folder as email from Asia is often treated as spam. Return Policy



  1. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from LiteTek. If for any reason you are unhappy, please contact us.
  2. You may return all products within 30 days of delivery.
  3. We aim to process all requests within 72 hours upon receiving. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order. Should you have any questions about the status of your refund, your return or your account, please feel free to contact us
  4. At this time, LiteTek cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to LiteTek. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process.
